The law firm Hübner Abogados SpA was born as a result of the concern of its founding partner, to create a lawyer’s office that not only provides legal advice to its clients, but also gives them hospitality and human warmth in the world we live in, so depersonalized and indifferent to the problems of others. Indifference has been globalized so we intend to reverse this situation to some extent.

Our study includes advice on various matters, among which we highlight corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, and corporations and foundations, areas that especially characterize us.

Founding partner of the firm.

She graduated with the highest distinction of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Chile.

Diploma in General Corporate Taxation from the Universidad de Los Andes.

She has more than 26 years of experience in the practice of the profession in various areas of law.

She has focused her practice mainly in corporate law, civil and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions which include due diligence of both companies and real estate, and in the creation and modification of corporations and foundations. She has also dedicated herself to labor law.

Carolina García-Huidobro Prieto

Partner

Carolina is a Lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

With more than 20 years of professional practice, her experience focuses on corporate law, real state, commercial, civil law and business consulting.

Between 2007 and 2019 she worked for Ripley enterprises as business attorney in charge of corporate, client and legal advices to different managements of the organization.

Previously, she worked in Santander Bank for 8 years, where she accrued vast experience in various legal issues associated with banking activity.

Carolina has also great knowledge and experience in issues related to real estate, banking, acts and contracts, partnerships and powers of attorney.
